Panoramiq Terms of Service

(Individual Subscriptions)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Panoramiq, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via your account settings.

4. Use of the Service

You may use Panoramiq only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

5. Intellectual Property

Panoramiq retains all rights to its software and services. You retain rights to any data you input into the system, but grant Panoramiq a license to process and store it as necessary to provide the service, monitor performance, and improve performance.

6. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We strive to keep Panoramiq available, but uptime is not guaranteed. The service is provided on an “As Is” basis, and we make no warranty as to uptime, accuracy, or performance. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or fail to pay.
